A concise notice about your information.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Who is responsible

Sarvesh Nair, trading as GQ Law, is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions may be sent to sarvesh@usa.com.

What is collected

If you use the enquiry form, the site collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, enquiry type, message and any attachment. Standard hosting records may also contain technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information and access time.

Why it is used

Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, assess whether a proposed engagement or conversation is appropriate, maintain necessary records, protect the site and comply with applicable legal obligations. It will not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.

Hosting and service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions and attachments are transmitted through and may be stored on Netlify’s systems so that GQ Law can access and respond to them. Netlify processes technical and submission data under its own service and privacy terms. Other service providers may be used where reasonably necessary to operate the site, secure information or communicate with you.

Retention and security

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email sarvesh@usa.com with enough information to identify your request. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Confidential information

Do not use the enquiry form to send confidential, privileged or time-sensitive information before an engagement is agreed. Sending information does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or make the communication privileged.

Updates

This notice may be revised when the site, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version published on this site.
